Refund policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee. If iLLPiLL isn't working for you, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund on any product bought directly from illpill.xyz. Opened supplements are accepted — we'd rather you try it than leave it in the drawer. One return per product per customer.

How to start a return.

1. Sign in to your account and open the order.
2. Select the item and choose "Request return."
3. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
4. Pack the item and drop it off with the carrier on the label.

Can't sign in? Email human_robots@illpill.xyz with your order number and we'll start it for you. Please don't send items back without a label — we can't match unlabeled returns to an order.

Refunds. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days and email you when it's done. Your bank may take another 3–5 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Subscriptions. A return covers the shipment you send back. To stop future shipments, cancel or pause in your subscription portal (see Subscription Terms).

Damaged, wrong or missing items. Email human_robots@illpill.xyz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you — your choice. No return needed.

Not returnable. Gift cards, and products bought from other retailers (return those to the store you bought from).

Exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
