Welcome to FREQit! This Privacy Policy explains how iLLPiLL ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application FREQit ("App").


1. What Information Do We Collect?
As of the Effective Date, use of the App does not require the collection of Personal Data; however, we reserve the right to amend this policy and institute the collection of Personal Data in the future.


2. How Do We Intend To Use Your Information?
If, at any point, we begin collecting personal data, we intend to use it for the following purposes:

  • Your Apple ID information allows us to create and manage your user account, enabling you to access the App's features.

  • Aggregated and anonymized usage data helps us understand how users interact with the App, allowing us to identify areas for improvement and develop new features.

  • We will use the usage data to show how you interact with the app.

  • Marketing and promotional offers.


3. Do We Share Your Information?
If we collect personal data, we will not sell, rent, or trade it. We may share any collected information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • We may share your information if you give us explicit consent to do so.

  • We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of FREQit, (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public, or (iv) protect against legal liability.

  • We may share aggregated and anonymized data with third parties for analytics, research, or marketing purposes. This data will not identify you personally. For example, we might share that "X number of users used the Y mode this week".


4. Data Security
We are committed to protecting the security of your information. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect any information we may collect in the future from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.


5. Data Retention
If we ever collect personal data, we intend to retain it only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Should you request deletion, we will endeavor to remove your personal information promptly, though some residual data may remain in backup systems for a limited period for technical and operational reasons.


6. Device Motion Data
CoreMotion data is processed locally and never collected or transmitted.


7. Your Choices and Rights
If we collect personal data in the future, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of that information. Please contact us using the information below to exercise these rights.


8. Children's Privacy
FREQit is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
